英検準2級「二次試験・ｲﾗｽﾄを見て現在進行形で表現する」

今回の講義は、英検準２級の二次試験（面接・スピーキング）の中から

「イラストを見て、登場人物の行動を表現する問題」の対策です。

イラストに登場する5人の行動を英語で描写する問題で、

ポイントは「現在進行形を使う」という点です。

できる限り多くの人の行動を、英語で表現することで高得点を狙えます。

たとえば、上記のイラストで言えば

• •  A woman is planting (some) flowers.
  • A woman is walking her dog.
  • A man is painting the wall.
  • A man is putting a box (of bottles) on [in] a truck.
  • A boy is riding a bicycle.

といったかんじです。

英検準2級の二次試験でよく出題される英文パターンを
イメージ画像を使って紹介していきます。

このパターンを何回も練習すれば、
本番でも力を発揮できること間違いありません。

では、さっそく始めましょう。

パターン練習①

解答パターン

• A woman is brushing her teeth.（歯を磨いている）
• A woman is mopping (cleaning) the floor.（床を掃除している）
• A boy is choosing sweets.（お菓子を選んでいる）
• A cat is chasing (running after) a mouse.（ねずみを追いかけている）
• A man is talking on the phone.（電話で話している）

パターン練習②

解答パターン

• A man is using (opening, closing) an ambrella.（傘をさして（開いて、閉じて）いる）
• A man is getting into (getting out of, getting off) a taxi.（タクシーに乗り込んでいる、降りている）
• A girl is listening to music.（音楽を聴いている）
• A man and a woman are looking at a menu.（メニューを見ている）
• A man is putting on (taking off) his jacket.（上着を着ている（脱いでいる））

解答パターン

• A woman is copying something (using a copier/copy machine).（コピーをしている）
• A girl is feeding some fish.（魚にエサをやっている）
• A man is walking his dog.（犬の散歩をしている）
• A boy is kicking a ball (playing soccer).（ボールを蹴っている）
• A woman is pouring some juice.（ジュースを注いでいる）

• A woman is cutting a cake.（ケーキを切っている）
• A man is painting a wall.（壁を塗っている）
• A boy is watching TV.（テレビを見ている）

• A woman is ordering (something).（注文している）
• A boy is writing a letter.（手紙を書いている）
• A man is playing cards.（トランプをしている）
• A man is putting a poster on the wall.（壁にポスターを貼っている）
• A woman is carrying a box.（箱を運んでいる）

• A woman is turning off (turning on) the TV.（ＴＶを消している（つけている））
• A boy is eating a hamburger.（ハンバーガーを食べている）
• A man is cleaning a table.（テーブルを掃除している）
• A man is opening (closing) the window.（窓を開けている（閉めている））
• A woman is waiting for a train.（電車を待っている）

解答パターン

• A woman is pushing a cart.（カートを押している）
• Two men are shaking hands.（握手している）
• A woman is collecting (picking up) garbage.（ゴミを拾っている）
• A man is fixing (repairing) the guitar.（修理している）
• A woman is taking some money out of her wallet.（財布からお金を出している）
